How quickly will I hear back?
A senior project lead reads every submission and follows up within one business day to schedule your site evaluation. If you submit on a weekend, expect contact by Monday afternoon.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Our initial site evaluation, design conversation, and preliminary scope review are all complimentary. There is no obligation, and you keep any sketches we share.
When do I receive a formal proposal?
After the on-site walk we prepare a detailed proposal — line-item budget, materials list, schedule, and a 3D rendering — within 7 to 10 business days. Complex master plans may take longer; we’ll set that expectation up front.
Do I need to know my budget before reaching out?
No. If you’re unsure, select “Prefer to discuss” on the form. We’ll talk through the scope first and provide ranges based on similar projects we’ve completed.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with several luxury home-improvement lenders to offer terms tailored to project scope. Financing options are presented alongside your proposal once we have a final scope.
What if my project is outside your standard service area?
We frequently take on signature projects outside our primary coverage zones. Submit the form with your location and we’ll let you know whether we can accommodate it.
Do you take on partial scopes or only full master plans?
Both. Whether it’s a single driveway, a pool deck refresh, or a multi-phase property master plan, we approach every project with the same engineering discipline.
How are payments structured?
Most projects follow a milestone-based schedule: a deposit at signing, draws at defined construction milestones, and final payment on walkthrough acceptance. Specific terms appear in your proposal.
